Mitigate the risks of cybercrime by securing your online accounts with 2FA

An Extra Line of Defence

2FA stands for Two-Factor Authentication, which means you have two authentication steps: your password and a one-time code that only you have access to.

If an unauthorised user has your password, they can not log in without entering your one-time code.

Have you felt these frustrations?

If you already use 2FA in your business, perhaps you have felt some frustrations, such as

  • Not knowing where to find the code
  • Losing access to an authentication app (e.g., lost or deleted phone)
  • Text message code not arriving
  • Running multiple authentication apps
  • Fraudsters phishing for the codes
  • Finding it takes too long to get into accounts
  • Unable to share accounts with colleagues
  • Frustrated with the faff
  • Losing backup codes
  • Getting locked out of accounts

During the workshop, I will show you how to avoid these problems.

Allow me to introduce…

  • share a 2FA access with a colleague
  • store your backup codes

Client Feedback

"Penny has been amazing helping me get my online security sorted. I knew I was burying my head in the sand, but I didn't know where to start. She metaphorically held my hand the whole way through, and is still there for tech support when needed, in it's various forms. Thanks Penny!"
